Today because of Him only. Not by anything I have done or not done I am married for 27 earthly years. There is a lot that goes into growing up into who He created me to be with one human . Truly in the last year I have seen to lean into the third person in the covenant that is my Lord. I’m grateful to say my husband and I seek through the same Holy Spirit, the same Lord יהיה Yahweh , through his Son Yeshua.
I have hardened myself in many ways over the years to what I see as unmet needs, high expectations and self-protection. But He, my Lord has shown me truth in who I am as His child.
But the most amazing and humbling part is understanding my husband is on the same journey. Doing life with me, seeking Him.
I don’t get to choose how his steps are ordained only Holy Spirit can do that.
I can meet him in maturity where he is at and keep my eyes focused on Yeshua and love well.
