For many years I have asked The Spirit of Truth to give me eyes to see, give me ears to hear, give me a mind to understand and a heart to trust and believe.

I asked Him to show me in His Word where the things I was knowing and understanding about the truth how I was coming to understand Him and what Truth is could be revealed to others.

This morning this verse was another reminder.

For so long I believed the sheep going astray were unbelievers but in reality it’s us who believe. Someone who does not believe would not know the Shepherd, they would first have to be led to the path in order to meet the Shepherd.

We as believers are the sheep…When it’s a Yes to Yeshua I believe….that comes with trusting Him for everything to Oversee our Soul (our mind will and emotion).

The Shepherd then is ultimately the provider and protector and the sheep don’t worry.

“stay anchored to the light”
