The Torch is Lit

For many, many years, I have had the privilege of seeing things in the Spirit that God wants to reveal—not only to me, but to you as well. When this first began, I didn’t understand that these were prophetic acts from God being revealed to me. I simply responded based on what I saw, and I lived it out by painting or drawing it

In this season, God is revealing more deeply who I am in Him. For about eight months now, I’ve strongly recognized that something is shifting in my life. I can feel it. I’ve had new experiences that affirm it. Since returning from the Return Conference, there has been an increase in the spirit—something has shifted.

I know I need to trust Him without conditions and without expectations. I must believe that He is with me, and that all the years of growing, learning, and knowing are now leading into a season of harvest. More than that, I believe a new harvest season is coming. I know this for sure. I am beginning to get glimpses of what that might look like.

As I sat with the Lord, seeking direction, I heard very clearly and loudly: “The torch is lit.” In that moment, I saw what looked like my hand holding a torch that was on fire, burning brightly out of the darkness. I sat with Him for a while. Then, a few days later, I heard it again: “The torch is lit.” But this time, I saw His hand move in and take hold of mine.

In this new season—I know He is with me. I am chosen. I am His, and He is mine.
