Remembering the moment

Almost a year ago now—it’s hard to believe how fast time can go. There was a moment when I felt unsure of what to do, yet at the same time, I somehow knew exactly what I needed to do. In that moment, a beautiful image came to mind from the Holy Spirit. I can still see the image as I write this. It was so calm and serene. At first, I wasn’t sure what it meant, but then I remembered that He was sending me His love in a letter I am familiar with, reminding me how He feels about me.

The Encounter

“It was a quiet morning. The mist near the ocean was so thick. As I stood about 25 feet out on the sand on the ocean bed with the tide out, the reflection of the sun breaking through the mist was so beautiful and calming. In The Community – To Live Ministry

At the heart of our community is a simple mission: meeting the immediate needs of families when life gets tough. Whether it’s providing gas cards, food cards, bedding, or sharing clothing that no longer fits, we believe in helping one family at a time.

Our goal is to ease the burden so families can focus their resources on what truly matters— stability. From hats, coats, and gloves to everyday essentials, we strive to ensure that no one goes without. Sometimes, the greatest gift is letting someone know: “I see you. You’re going to be okay.”

Biblical Life Coaching – To Live Ministry

‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3:16-17‬ ‭NIV‬‬ says,

“But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.”

In one way or another, we are all looking for that freedom. Especially if the veil in our lives keeps us from being a healthy parent, spouse, or individuals without our past story holding us back.

It is the healing power of Jesus in our lives that will “take away the veil,” to deal with the things of our past and will bring us to that freedom that the verse above talks about.

It is an honor to walk alongside you as we both work to use God’s Word as a blueprint to start your journey to define your identity in Christ.

Anchored – To Live Ministry

Anchored is a course that lays the Biblical foundation for identity and self-worth defined by the Trinity: God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. Anchored dives deeper into TBRI® Connecting Strategy-Mindfulness. From a  faith-based perspective, it assists in answering the question, “What am I bringing to my relationships and my life?” Is my identity defined by the truth of my Christian faith or something else? Where is God to me? Who is God to me?

I love and am so honored my God has entrusted me to walk with His kids to help them see themselves how He sees them. 🙂

Making Sense of Your Worth – To Live Ministry


Everyone has a story. Making Sense of Your Worth is a beautiful space I am honored to walk with individuals to help them see what has been defining them

For most people, that story defines your life. It was never meant to be that way. Without the presence of a loving, consistent, attuned caregiver, we often don’t fully develop the capacity to be able to handle simple things in life…simply because life in itself can be overwhelming. It is in our stories that we struggle to move forward and become able to participate fully in our present life.

Self-Worth is the foundation of who you are as a human being. It plays a role in every decision you make and in every relationship you have. It helps sustain you through difficult times and helps you experience authentic joy and love!

Trust-Based Relational Intervention® -To Live Ministry

TBRI® is a trauma-informed, evidence-based, holistic approach that brings healing through meeting the needs within the family unit. TBRI® provides a systematic approach to restoring the foundation for mental health. 

TBRI® came into my world because I am an adoptive mom. But what I didn’t know is that knowing and training in TBRI® would change everything in the trajectory of my life, but also in my relationship with my bio kids. I strived for so long to “do it right” when in reality, they only needed me to “be present and show up” for them. I am honored to walk with families and train, and my kids have given me a “redo” in the things I did not know as their mother.
