Walk in the Spirit

Without knowledge, the serpent dances in the principalities and strongholds in our souls (mind will and emotion) seeking the “garden of Eden” moments to continually speak the “lies” to get us to distrust God and forget who we are as His heirs.

Encountering Him

These moments are increasing. They are always beautiful and humbling. As I described it to my spiritual mentor this past week it’s like the old fashioned slide projector. In one moment I am experiencing Him in the spirit and the next moment it’s a permanent image in my mind of my identity in Him that I am able to go to at anytime. So grateful and so in love with Him.🤎

Refiners Fire

“He will be like a refiner and purifier of silver; he will purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver.  Then they will present offerings to the Lord in righteousness.”
‭‭Malachi‬ ‭3‬:‭3‬

It was not till just a few years ago that I started to understand in a deeper way what His refining fire meant. It’s the depth of what we travel through in our stories as we journey home to be with Him that refines us into His character if we let Him have His way with our soul.

Yahweh is Faithful

Today because of Him only. Not by anything I have done or not done I am married for 27 earthly years. There is a lot that goes into growing up into who He created me to be with one human . Truly in the last year I have seen to lean into the third person in the covenant that is my Lord. I’m grateful to say my husband and I seek through the same Holy Spirit, the same Lord יהיה Yahweh , through his Son Yeshua.

I have hardened myself in many ways over the years to what I see as unmet needs, high expectations and self-protection. But He, my Lord has shown me truth in who I am as His child.

But the most amazing and humbling part is understanding my husband is on the same journey. Doing life with me, seeking Him.

I don’t get to choose how his steps are ordained only Holy Spirit can do that.

I can meet him in maturity where he is at and keep my eyes focused on Yeshua and love well.

Revelation in the Spirit

Three years ago, in my secret place with Him He asked me to meet Him under the cherry tree. Even to this day when I think of it I remember giggling as I in that moment had no idea what that was. Yet it seemed quickly that I was transported in the Spirit to the meadow and He was waiting. In that season that was enough, He was near. I understood how to find Him. I was introduced to a song by Allie Paige called “In Your Midst” as I listened to it I was in His midst in the meadow under the cherry tree. As that song ended everything went dark then in a beautiful breath cherry blossoms surrounded me in the Spirit. To say the least I became fascinated with the cherry blossom. I soon discovered they have 5 petals and each petal is shaped like a heart. A moment very special for me. Fast forward 2 years, He made it known to me through His word. The seven Spirits of God are sent to the whole earth.

In Him, I am filled with His Spirit, 1.wisdom, 2.knowledge, 3.counsel, 4.strength, 5.understanding, because of Him.🤎

“The Spirit of the Lord will rest on him   — a Spirit of wisdom and understanding, a Spirit of counsel and strength, a Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the  Lord. His delight will be in the fear of the  Lord. He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes,  he will not execute justice by what he hears with his ears, but he will judge the poor righteously  and execute justice for the oppressed of the land……

The Secret Place

I’m always in awe at the depth of how He loves. I needed to hear Him, see Him, experience Him. It was the middle of the night. In a moment this image appeared in front of me. An old rusty mailbox with the sun shining over the top door open with a letter inside. It brought me back to a restful sleep.
